Spicy Popcorn
Ingredients:
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp white sesame seeds
50g salted butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp runny honey
1½ tbsp rapeseed oil
150g popcorn kernels
½ tsp cumin seeds

Heat a large saucepan and add cumin, coriander and sesame seeds and toast for a couple of minutes.
Grind them to a powder (pestle and mortar or spice grinder)
Melt butter in pan and pour over spices and stir in the smoked paprika and honey.
Wipe out the pan and add oil and popcorn.
Add half teaspoon of sea salt and put lid on. Keep over a medium to high heat.
When kernels start to pop, shake the pan every few seconds until popping stops (about 3 mins)
Turn off heat and allow to settle.
Tip popcorn into a large bowl and pour over the melted spiced butter, tossing well to combine.
Grind them to a powder (pestle and mortar or spice grinder)
