I started this blog for my daughters when they left home. I wanted to share a few easy, cheap and favourite recipes with them. Now ten years later, it's just where I put my favourite recipes.

Baked Bananas

For 2 people.

Ingredients
2 bananas, peeled
Juice of 1 orange
1 teaspn grated orange rind
1 teaspn grated lemon rind
125g low-fat natural yoghurt

Method
Heat the oven to 180 C.
Place each banana on a square of foil large enough to fold into a little tent around banana.
Add the orange juice, grated rinds and seal each parcel with a double fold.
Place tents on a baking tray and bake for 20 mins.
Place tents on plates and unwrap and add yoghurt.
Done!
