I started this blog for my daughters when they left home. I wanted to share a few easy, cheap and favourite recipes with them. Now ten years later, it's just where I put my favourite recipes.

Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
8 chicken wings
1 tablespn harissa
2 teaspn ground cumin
1 tablespn olive oil
Lemon wedges for squeezing

Method
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Put harissa, cumin and oil into a bowl and mix.
Add chicken wings and brush all over with the marinade.
(At this point you can leave in fridge for up to 12 hours)
Put in a roasting tin for 30 mins until golden and tender.
Serve with lemon wedges, and hummus coleslaw.

Serves 4 - or 2 hungry ones!!
